Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishes were sanitized by spraying sanitizer on the plates instead of soaking for 2 minutes.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to train staff on proper ware washing. Wash, rinse, sanitize (soak for minimum 2 minutes in 3rd compartment sink) and air dry.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in the back prep area was blocked. Plates were observed to be stored in the sink.

Health permit was posted in plain public view.
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer measured 100 ppm or greater.
Temperature checks:
- Walk-in cooler/freezer registered 1-2 deg C/ -23 deg C.
- Prep line cooler was 4 deg C.
- Beverage cooler was at 1-2 deg C.
- Hot holding for pizza is 2 hours (timer is available).
- Temperature log was available and up to date.
- Staff on duty has Food Safe 1 training.
- General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
- No signs of pests observed. Few flies but control measures are in place.
- Washroom was in sanitary condition and provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
