Observation: Food debris observed underneath the gas stove, deep fryer area and underneath shelving racks in the dry storage area.

Comments

Routine Inspeciton conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71C final rinse temperature. Bleach available on-site. Chlorine spray bottle at the front servicing area measured at 200ppm.
Walk-in cooler, line cooler, beverage cooler, front display cooler for potentially hazardous sweets measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or above.

NOTE: Ensure staff are constantly cleaning and sanitizing can opener blade, potato dicer after each-use. Do not mix detergent with bleach sanitizer. Bleach (chlorine-based) spray sanitizer bottle must be available for the front servicing area and kitchen area.

Contact Health Inspector once expansion of Nav Sweets and Restaurant and Nav Sweets Hall is underway. Do not open Nav Sweets and Restaurant once construction/expansion commences.
