-Follow-up inspection to July 7, 2017 regarding pest infestation. -Facility is still being serviced by Abell Professional Pest Control services. Last service of the facility was conducted on July 24, 2017. Report states the facility is currently being serviced for flies, rodents, and cockroaches. -Minor rodent activity noted in the staff washroom (under the handwash station). Clean and sanitize affected area using a 1:10 bleach concentration. -Observed minor fly activity at the time of inspection. -Did not observe signs of cockroaches at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
