Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # LKIM-BLQPAS of Feb-12-2020 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Lids, bowls and containers storing food items throughout facility in poor sanitary condition. Many of these items require cleaning. . Correction: Clean and sanitize all bowls, lids and containers in facility where accumulation of food debris has occurred. Any batter bowls are to be washed and sanitized at the end of the day. DO NOT leave these items for reuse for the next day without washing. Accumulation of batter along sides of bowl indicates multiple days use of batter. .
