Observation: Plume of fruit flies discovered under hand sink in coffee beverage / drive through area. Drains are to be cleaned.

Corrective Action(s): Discuss with Pest Control company Orkin. Orkin was on site today. Discuss treatment of area including possible traps and drain treatment. Consult with Orkin as they are the experts in this area.

Observation: Cleaning required throughout in hard to reach areas such as behind equipment, lower shelves, in coolers including shelves and seals, in joints such as walk in cooler handles, under equipment, in corners, etc.. Discussed with Manager - Maintenance company has been replaced due to lack of adequate cleaning.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all had to reach areas are the focus of the cleaning. Most main surfaces are in good sanitary condition. Deep clean of areas not routinely cleaned by staff is required.
