Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezer at -18 degrees C or less
- Cold holding units equipped with thermometers accurate to 1 degree C
- Potentially hazardous food items in display cabinet are display only.
- Food items were observed to be within discard/best before dates
- A two-hour timer is available for small wares and sanitizer changes
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available at 200 ppm in labeled containers at front and from dispenser at three-compartment sink. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer. Quats test strips are available.
- Three sink plugs available for manual ware washing
- High temperature dishwasher measured 73 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at utensil surface)
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary condition. Ice scoop was stored safely in a clean container.
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Chemicals are stored separately from food. A locked storage room is available.
- Temperature records are available and up-to-date.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Shift supervisors are required to hold FOODSAFE level one or its equivalent and certificates are kept on site.
- No signs of pest activity observed. Premises is serviced by a pest control operator on a monthly basis. Reports that were reviewed noted no pest activity.
- Washrooms maintained in clean condition and hand sinks are adequately supplied.
