Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # CHAS-B3NTNH of Aug-15-2018 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Several fridges were too warm. The tall upright fridge at the entrance to the kitchen, the double sliding glass door fridge by the kitchen window and the reach-in undercounter fridge across from the stoves. Temperatures were 45-50F. )

Lower the temperature of the upright fridge and the one by the kitchen window further. Cleaning and organizing have been done. Attend to the remaining items noted on the previous report dated Aug 15, 2018.
