Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Several fridges were too warm. The tall upright fridge at the entrance to the kitchen, the double sliding glass door fridge by the kitchen window and the reach-in undercounter fridge across from the stoves. Temperatures were 45-50F. )
Comments

Lower the temperature of the upright fridge and the one by the kitchen window further.
Cleaning and organizing have been done.
