Hand sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (Quats) measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler and fridge cooler registered 2-3 deg C.
Freezers were at -18 deg C or colder.
High temp. dishwasher reached 72.8 deg C at plate surface.
All food items were stored off the floor.
No signs of pest noted at time of visit. Ensure there is pest control monitoring in place.
Cloths are laundered on-site (laundry facility available).
General sanitation was satisfactory.
