Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing the machine. Correct by: today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Only one bleach sanitizing spray bottle available for both front and back kitchen. Bleach concentration measured at 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): At least one designated sanitizing spray bottle must be available for front and back kitchen. Purchase an additional spray bottle for the front kitchen.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dirty ladle was stored in the basin of back kitchen hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): Do not leave any utensils, plate or tools inside the basin of hand washing stations. Hand washing station must be free of obstruction at all time to facilitate hand washing.

Observation: Cold and hot water turning taps were missing for the 2 compartment sink. Staff was using pliers to turn on / off the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Install new taps for both cold and water at the 2 compartment sink. The 2 compartment sink is essential for manual dishwashing. Correct by: May 5, 2022.
