Change of ownership - No changes made to the menus or layout. - All coolers were <4 °C - All freezers were <-18° C - The dishwasher reached >71° C at the plate level. - Sanitizer buckets had 100 ppm bleach. - No evidence of pests. Pest control report available for review. - Ventilation hood was clean - Ice machine is cleaned every 2 weeks - Hot held foods were >60° C. - Handsinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. - General sanitation was satisfactory .
