All coolers were < 4 C.
The walk-in freezer was < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
No evidence of pests. Pest control reports available on site.
The dishwasher's final rinse cycle reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. Sanitizer buckets and the 3-compartment sink were checked.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
