Follow-up inspection to routine (RPT#: JMAA-B93VUT). The following was noted: - Food products are generally covered when not in use - Second walk-in cooler at 0C. No food was present in walk-in cooler in previous inspection due to the operator defrosting the walk-in cooler - Temperature logs are maintained and up-to-date - The owner was also reminded that the pizza trays are to be cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day Thank you for your co-operation.
