Washroom hand sink supplied with hot/cold water and air dryer/liquid soap. quat sanitizer at warewash sink and spray bottle 200 jppm quats daily temp logs kept hot holding units above 60 c staff food safety trained premises monitored monthly by pest contractor. No evidence of pest activity
