Corrective Action(s): - Remove all droppings, clean and sanitize the area. Seal off all holes. Store all food items in pest proof containers. Ensure that adequate pest control measures are provided to control the pest activity

- Remove the grease near cookline and maintain sanitary conditions in the premises

- Dishwasher is measured dispensing 50ppm chlorine solution after final cycle
