General -Hand washing station is equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & single use paper towels -High temperature dishwasher is available and during final rinse cycle registered at 71C or above at plates surface -Food contact surface sanitizer in a bucket registered at 200ppm chlorine -Single door under counter cooler at 4C -Upright cooler at 1C -Two door under counter cooler at 1C -Upright cooler in back storage room at 1C -Ice machine is clean, scoop is stored dry in separate container outside -Temperature logs are maintained -Dry storage area is organized & maintained -No signs of pest observed
