Sliced beets and ginger stored in different containers allowing them to be stored in contact with the bottom of the produce cooler, to be maintained at 4 C or colder. Pest control technician serviced storage locker to address cockroach activity. Poison bait and monitors installed. Cockroaches not observed. Required cleaning conducted throughout front service counter lower cabinets. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity.
