General Comments:
Coolers were below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
Dishwasher rinse temperature was 79 degC at plate level.
Both handsinks were fully equipped
200ppm bleach was used for sanitizing. STORE ALL WIPING CLOTHS INSIDE THE SANITIZER BUCKET.
Storage locker (S-2) upstairs is being used for minimal items. Foods are not stored in the locker. The fridge/freezer is not in use.
Operator has FS Level 1 or equivalent certification (Expiry July 10, 2028).
