Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pre cooked rice measured at 14C kept in room temperature. Operator reports pre cooked rice was removed from walk in cooler 30 min ago. Operator relocated the rice bowls into prep cooler at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Greenish-grey residue observed on the inside of the ice machine. Operator discarded all ice in the ice machine.
2) Food stored on the floor. Operator reloaced all food stored on the floor to shelves
3) Raw protein stored above ready to eat products in the walk in cooler. Operator relocated raw protein items to bottom shelf.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two large piece of frozen beef thawing on floor. Surface temperature measured to be at 0C. Operator reports they were moved out of the chest freezer 15 min ago. Operator relocated all frozen beef into the walk in cooler for proper thawing practice.
