General - Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel - All coolers temperature at 4 degree C - Walk-in freezer temperature at -18 degree C - Line freezers temperature at -17 degree C - General sanitation is good, no sign of pest noted at the time of inspection - Ice scoops are stored in a sanitary manner - Ice machine is clean - 3 compartment sink available, quats sanitzer 200 ppm - QUATs sanitizer bucket measured at 200 ppm -Log sheet is on site and up to date ** still some sing of rodent - continue with cleaning and pest control service
