Handwashing stations (front/back) stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (2 upright coolers, beverage, prep) at < or = to 4 C. Note that ice bath used for cold holding shredded lettuce in the prep. cooler.
Upright freezer at -18 C.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Daily temperature logs were available and kept up to date.
Hot holding table in the front serving area measured > 60 C.
Rice cooker hot holding cooked rice measured at 60 C.
Insert thermometer -available/in use.
Three compartment sink - satisfactory.
Surface sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles and designated red buckets with presoaked wiping cloths at 200 ppm of Quat solution.
Dry storage area has sufficient space and wire racks. Pest proof bins for dry food storage available with proper lids.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
