Met with owner. They were closed in month of January due to the family vacation. The front counters have been resurfaced. Wiping clothes stored in the bleach ( 100ppm ) Low temp dishwasher supplied with chlorine at 100ppm ( test strips are available ) Daily temp to be up to date Ensure to cover all the food in the walk in cooler
