Observation: 1) Spoons are being stored in ice water and there's a time marked on the cups as to when the water needs to be changed. However, during the inspection, it was noted that the water was not being changed at the times indicated on the cups.

2) The back counter has food debris/spills on it.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure that the ice water is refreshed as indicated on the cups.

2) Clean the counter after use.

Observation: The baseboard under the 3-compartment sink has still not been installed.
Corrective Action(s): Spoke with owner over the phone during the inspection. He indicated that he will get that done this week.

-Manager on duty has FS level 1 certification (Expiry April 2024)
-The Correction Order that was issued on Feb. 25, 2019 has been complied with (except for the installation of the baseboard under the 3-compartment sink, which the owner said he'd get done this week). REMINDER: STORE WET DISHES ON THE SHELF ABOVE THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK. ONCE THE DISHES HAVE DRIED, MOVE THEM ONTO THE NEW STORAGE RACK THAT IS NOW ON-SITE.
