Observation: Observed grill top have been converted into table top storage for spices. Deep fryer has been removed. Staff washroom have been observed to be converted to additional storage area.

Follow-up Inspection Conducted for report#JCHY-CEZ27Z.
The following violations have been addressed:
-Chlorine sanitizer spray bottles measured at 200ppm. Ensure chlorine sanitizer bucket measured between 100-200ppm is available at all times in the kitchen to ensure proper sanitation of food contact surfaces.
-High-temperature dishwasher measured at 77C final rinse temperature.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate staff on-site. Ensure at least one staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification at all times.
-Chest freezer, stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower. Stand-up cooler measured at 4C.
-Steam table measured at 60C.
-Updated Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan submitted. Ensure to follow Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan when preparing food and sanitizing premises.
