Follow-up inspection to correction order issued on September 22, 2017.

Flooring under and around dishwashing area has been repaired.
Stainless steel counter (i.e. drain board) beside dishwasher has been repaired to prevent water from dripping/flowing onto the floor.

The light fixtures that were noted as out of order have not been repaired. Operator is still in process of working with the building owner to address electrical issue. Reminded operator, that it is the responsibility of the restaurant owner to ensure all equipment in the restaurant (including light fixtures) are in good operating condition. Operator indicated they will continue to work with building owner to address this issue. In the mean time, operator will provide additional lighting using portable light fixtures as a temporary means to providing adequate lighting in food preparation areas until ceiling lights can be repaired.
