Observation: 1. Hand washing station in service area is not supplied with hot water during inspection. Hot water handle is not tight enough to dispense hot water. Staff are using the hand washing station behind the wall (within 1 foot) for hand washing purposes. Staff has contacted a plumber.

2. Hand washing station in back kitchen area is not supplied with paper towel during inspection. Staff placed paper towel in the dispenser during inspection. Hand sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the hand washing station at the front service area immediately to ensure it is able to dispense an adequate supply of hot and cold running water for proper hand washing purposes. Maintain all hand washing stations with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and to prevent contamination of food. Monitor staff hand washing frequency. Gloves are not a replacement for proper, frequent hand washing.

Observation: 1. Paper towel dispenser at back service area was not functioning. Staff repaired the paper towel dispenser during inspection.

2. Hot water handle at hand washing station at the front service area is not functioning to dispense hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the handle on the hand washing sink to ensure it is able to dispense hot water. Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with and adequate supply of hot and cold running water at all times for hand washing and sanitation purposes.

- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation of premise okay during inspection
- High-temperarure dishwasher measured at 83'C (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) and in pail measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Public washrooms observed in sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during inspection
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- First-in-first-out method is in use
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained available on site during inspection
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
