Comments

Do not immerse the end of the water hose into the sink filled with frozen fish and water. Disconnect the hose from the tap to prevent cross connection.
Ensure hard to reach areas and cracks and crevices are cleaned and free of food debris.
The undercounter reach in fridge has been unplugged. Store the opened jar of dressings and mayonnaise in another fridge.
Store sacs of potatoes at least 6 inches off the floor.
Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory.
Temperature of dishwasher is satisfactory.
