*Follow-up to inspection conducted on March 13, 2019 (Report MLOO-BA8VCR) - Scoops are stored in a sanitary manner. Ensure scoops are cleaned and sanitized regularly. - Knives are maintained in sanitary condition. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized before returning them to their clean storage areas - Most containers of food are now covered. Obtain more lids or use plastic wrap to cover the remaining containers. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloths. Ensure sanitizer is being used on food prep surfaces throughout the day when the kitchen is in use. - General sanitation has been improved at the bulk bin area - Operator cleaned the ventilation hood filters. Professional service appointment was postponed to the following week.
