Routine inspection: Permit to operate posted in plain view of the public. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Manager and additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1. Reminder when in operation to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and have a 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available for use. Bar cooler at 0-1 degrees C. Coca Cola cooler at 4 degrees C. Back storage area cooler at 6 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed. Back storage area freezer not used to store food at this time. Hot dog roller, hot holding unit, and pop corn machine not in use. Pop dispensing machine requires servicing and will be in use for the next season. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 2 compartment sink available for use. Bar glass washer available for use. 12.5 to 25ppm iodine during the final rinse cycle.
