Raw meats are stored on the right hand side shelving unit or on the bottom shelves of the walk-in cooler.
Dust removed from ceiling above dishpit.
Most of the food debris splash removed from wall above two compartment sinks.
Cleaning in the front of the house completed.
Pearls kept in the cooler at 4C.
Health Permit displayed in frame.
Mice droppings removed by hot water tank.
Pest control service this Monday did capture one mouse and extra traps were placed. Please continue to monitor this area for mice droppings.
