Observation: 1.Dishwasher wash gauge stuck in over 105 C position and not moving
2. Broken floor tile left of back hand washing sink.
3. Plastic disposable cup used to connect cooper waste pipe from oven to gray pvc waste pipe. Water spillage noted on floor below connection
4. Beverage cooler door by side drive thru window appears to be falling off the top hinge.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment and surfaces are in good working order.
1.The dishwasher gauges must be operating properly to provide operators with accurate water temperature readings for washing and rinsing cycles.
Correction date: 2 weeks
2.All surfaces must be smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easy to clean. The broken tile does not meet these standards. Repair/replace the tile.

3.All equipment must be installed properly and functioning properly during operation. No spilling should occur. A plastic cup is not a permanent solution to a deficient connection between both waste pipes. Properly install a permanent solution to this waste water connection/water spillage issue.

4.All cooler doors must be in good working order and properly installed. Ensure the door is repaired.
