Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A container of cream cheese is noted at room temperature. Food temperature is measured to be 20.9oC. Staff indicated cream cheese has been sitting out for over 2 hours and no time tracking is being done.
Corrective Action(s): When potentially hazardous foods are stored at room temperature, time tracking must be done. Container of cream cheese discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A stainless steel container with small scoops is noted inside handsink at pastry aisle.
