Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food surface sanitizer was unavailable at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator mixed fresh solution mesured at 200ppm QUATs. Ensure to have food contact surface sanitizer at all times. Replace daily as concentration of sanitizer decreases over time and loses it effectiveness. Employees should know how to mix a proper concentration of sanitizer.

- Upright freezer at -18C
