A follow-up inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Cleaning of walk-in-cooler and walk-in-freezer floors were done. - Cleaning of walls and ceiling tiles were done. Owner has ordered new ceiling tiles as he can't remove the dust grease from them. - Owner will be repainting the back door as he is unable to clean the food and grease off of it. - Lower shelves of prep tables and below sinks, and legs of tables and equipment have been cleaned. - Food foods stored in food grade containers; covered; and stored in groups with proteins separate from RTE foods. - FRP was secured and sealed to the wall. - Violations have been corrected. - Discussed inspection results with the owner, no signature obtained due to the pandemic.
