Observation: Boxes of supplies are being stored on a rack directly in front of the carbonation tanks. This is the 3rd time that this violation has been coded. If this happens again, a CORRECTION ORDER will be issued followed by a violation ticket.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any items directly in front of the tanks at any time.
