Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Boxes of supplies are being stored on a rack directly in front of the carbonation tanks. This is the 3rd time that this violation has been coded. If this happens again, a CORRECTION ORDER will be issued followed by a violation ticket. REMOVE ALL ITEMS IN FRONT OF THE CARBONATION TANKS. IF THIS VIOLATION IS REPEATED, A CORRECTION ORDER AND/OR VIOLATION TICKET WILL BE ISSUED.
