Top drawer of the milk cooler by front has loose gasket, allowing cold air to escape. Temperature of the top drawer at 7-8 C. Bottom drawer is fine and is able to maintain 4 C or lower
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to move all milk bottles to a cooler at 4 C or lower. Cold potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 4 C or lower at all times. Operator transferred all milk bottles to the walk-in cooler at 4 C or lower at the time of inspection

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop holder by the front beverage dispenser was not maintained in sanitary condition
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the scoop and the holder prior to use. Operator removed the holder and scoop to clean and sanitize at the time of inspection.

Observation: Top drawer of the milk cooler by the front has a loose gasket, allowing cold air to escape. Cooler can maintain 4 C or lower but the top drawer, especially the left side cannot maintain 4 C or lower due to loose gasket.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to fix the gasket and close all gaps to prevent cold air from escaping.
