Staff noted that the refrigerator had been turned off for cleaning. Ensure that all foods are moved to another cooler while cleaning/ defrosting takes place. Corrective Action(s): Discarded. Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. Walk-in freezer was < -18 C. Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests. Hand washing sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
