* Replace the door seals/gasket on the under counter cooler near the drive-thru window.
* Hot holding of temperatures for soups in the warmer ranged from 84 C to 89 C. ( Too hot).
Recommended hot holding temperature range is 60 C to 74 C.
* Recommended that glazer is kept covered at all times to prevent dust etc. from contaminating the sugar dip.
