* Replace the door seals/gasket on the under counter cooler near the drive-thru window. * Hot holding of temperatures for soups in the warmer ranged from 84 C to 89 C. ( Too hot). Recommended hot holding temperature range is 60 C to 74 C. * Recommended that glazer is kept covered at all times to prevent dust etc. from contaminating the sugar dip. Walk-in freezer < 4 C Upright cooler < 4 C Under-counter coolers below 4 C. Hot holding of wedges, chicken strips and bacon > 60 C. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm. Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is good. Temperature logs are up to date.
