A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -24C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Low temperature dishwasher had [Cl2] between 50-100ppm. Test strips present.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and cloth buckets and strength of 200ppm. Test strips present.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with raw proteins separate or below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks, shelves and/or pallets.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopies professionally cleaned and serviced in November 2023.
- No signs of pests.
- Valid FoodSafe certified staff present and/or staff possess an equivalent recognized certificate.
- All surfaces are durable, sealed, cleanable, and in good working order.
- At time of inspection, the public washrooms were closed due to a waste pipe being replaced in the parking lot. Staff washroom still accessible.
- All in order.

NOTE: Test the sanitizer level of the dishwasher every morning to ensure the strength/concentration is correct. If not, manually wash and sanitize the dishes in the 3-comp sink, until the dishwasher is working correctly.
