304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: A fly trap is observed installed in the back bakery prep area. Pest control company has inspected since the last routine inspection. The most recent pest inspection report (dated Dec 7, 2021) was observed by the health inspector. Floor drain mentioned to be clogged with slime/organic debris. Operator mentioned that the floor drain/pit will be serviced. Corrective Action(s): Service the floor drain to remove any fly larvae. Monitor the fly population and contact pest control if the fly popuation does not decrease or increases. To be corrected by: January 7, 2021 Violation Score: 3
