Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. Staff prepared QUATs sanitizer spray bottle at the time of inspection. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Prep cooler, stand-up cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Meat slicer observed to be in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

Under counter cooler at the front sandwich has been serviced to measure at 4C air ambient temperature.

Overall, facility is well organized.
