Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Internal temperatures of the perishable foods stored in the prep cooler were measured by probe thermometer and matched the ambient temperature of 12-14C. Temperature logs have not been maintained for the past two days.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all affected perishable foods. Ensure temperature logs are maintained regularly from now on. Date to be corrected by: Immediately
