- Handwashing sinks have hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Hi-Temp dishwasher is adequately sanitizing dishes. Temperature at plate surface measured at 72.8 deg.C.
- Quats sanitizer concentration measured at 200ppm.
- Bar glasswasher chlorine sanitizer measure at 50ppm.
- Discussed proper cooling practices with operator.
