Fruit flies much better. Minor activity around mop sink, likely due to spillage from bowl full of attractant. Clean up. **Sandwich prep cooler still a work in progress. Continue to improve cleaning and/or frequency cycle. Upright cooler better - cleaner. Make sure scheduled clean up days are thorough, completed and reviewed by management. Don't let things slip.
