Observation: 1) THIS IS A REPEAT INFRACTION: Grease build up observed on panels above fryer and grill as well as on the vents leading up into the kitchen.
2) Food debris and flour observed between coolers and under coolers in the back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure to clean and sanitize above mentioned area. START A SANITATION LOG to ensure the above areas are cleaned by staff on a routine basis.
