General observations noted during the inspection Ice-cream chest freezers(two front and one back) measured to be at - 18C Ice-cream scoops observed to be stored in dipper wells which were in good working order and in sanitary condition two compartment sink with sink plugs for manual ware washing available. Bleach observed to be available onsite bleach sanitizer measured to have 200ppm chlorine residual Sneeze guard available and foods were stored off the floor Thermometer observed in the chest freezers No pest activity detected during the inspection. Pest control company services the premises monthly One staff on-site with valid and current FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training (expires June 2, 2024)
