-Soap dispenser at bar service area handsink is no longer obstructed. Display cooler was 3 deg. C -Floor under deep fryers was cleaned. Pending issue. -Application form submitted to reflect business name change to Wild Wing Grill effective Oct 17/18 -Operator reported food preparation processes have not significantly changed -New menu involves pre-cooked meat only -New menu viewed at time of inspection. -Copy of menu to be submitted -Food safety procedures (updated to include critical limits) for new menu to be submitted within 1 week. -Operator reported no change to kitchen layout/equipment with the exception of the grill being replaced with a flat top *When updated Health permit arrives, ensure it is posted in a visible location.
