- All hand washing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- High temperature dishwasher was not turned on at time of inspection; ensure it is capable of reaching 82C during rinse cycle (71C at dish surface)
- Ensure surface sanitizer is available for use when kitchen is in use
- General sanitation good
- Minimal food items stored in banquet kitchen at time of inspection
- Coolers were at or below 4C
- Ice machines were observed to be clean
- Hot holding units not in use
