Observation:
Following areas still needs cleaning:
- Debris/dust still observed underneath the stove and the two-door fridge.
- Clean up was not done for the upper cabinets inside the kitchen.
- Debris observed inbetween the counters at the front.
- Floor mat observed with accumulation of dirt & moisture at the bottom.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean the areas noted above. Replace the floor mat.

- Ice machine - interior observed with biofilm.
Correction:
- Turn the ice machine off, empty all ice out. Clean and sanitize the interior surface of the ice machine. Pink residue/film must be removed.

Observation:
- Staff nor operator able to demonstrate proper warewashing method involving sanitizer step. No drain plugs available.
Correction:
- Equip well fitted drain plugs for 2 compartment warewashing sink. Staff should be able to demonstrate proper warewashing method.

- Cleaning has been done.
- Drain plugs available. Operator educated with proper manual dishwashing method and able to demonstrate.
- Pest control service has took place today before the inspection. Report is reviewed. New glue boards installed throughout.
- Ice machine observed with no bio-film.
- Improvement in sanitation overall.
- Operator provided proof of Foodsafe level 1 training. Ensure at least one person with foodsafe training is on site during operational hours.

**Equip a proper drying rack by the 2-compartment sink with a drain board at the bottom.
