-Under counter coolers were at or below 4C.
-Back upright cooler was at 4C
-Front display cooler was at 3C
-Back upright freezers were at -18C.
-Accurate thermometers available in cooler units. Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff practicing good hand hygiene practices at the time of inspection.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Solution is changed every hour.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered from potential contamination.
-Equipment sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection - minor amount of build up found on the dispenser of the ice machine.
-Coffee machine attachments disinfected with Quats sanitizer after each use.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Staff FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid until 2023-02-03
