Routine Inspection
- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels except the bar area. Ensure the bar area hand wash station is supplied with paper towels when in use.
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius except small beverage air prep cooler. Walk in cooler requires organizing and ensure all foods are covered prior to storing in the walk in cooler.
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius. do not store the cooling wand on the floor of the walking freezer.
